Takedown & Deletion

You control your images. This page explains how to delete your uploads or order, and how to report content you believe breaks our rules.

Delete your own images

Unpaid preview renders are deleted automatically after about 24 hours, so if you never complete an order, your upload goes away on its own. If you placed an order, you can look it up at Track order to check its status.

Request deletion

To have your images or order deleted right away, use our Contact page and we will remove the related files. Include enough detail to identify your order, such as the email you used or your order link.

Report abuse

If you believe someone uploaded a photo of you without consent, or content that breaks our Content Policy, contact us and we will review it and remove the content where appropriate.
