These terms cover your use of Meme2Print. By uploading a photo or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

What Meme2Print is

Meme2Print is a novelty service. You upload one group photo, we generate a stylized meme poster from it, and we sell you a digital download, a physical print, or both, of that poster. Every physical print includes the digital download at no extra cost. It is made for fun and personal use.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Meme2Print. Everyone shown in the photo you upload must also be a consenting adult. By uploading, you confirm this is true and that you have the right to use the image and everyone in it.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Meme2Print only for lawful purposes and only with content you are allowed to use. What you may upload and what titles you may print are described in our Content Policy. We may refuse, cancel, or remove any order or upload that breaks these terms.

About the AI results

Your poster is generated by an AI system. Results are stylized interpretations, not exact copies of your photo, and they will vary each time. Colors, faces, text, and details may differ from what you expect. You review a preview before you pay, so you can decide whether to buy.

Orders, payment, and shipping

Prices, print sizes, and shipping details are shown at checkout and apply to each order as placed. Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor, and printing and delivery are handled by a print partner. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination. A digital download order has no shipping step: we do not collect a shipping address, and instead of a physical item you receive two JPEG files, the finished poster and the artwork alone.

Digital downloads

A digital download includes two JPEG files: the finished poster with its title, print-ready up to 40 x 60 cm at 300 DPI, and the artwork alone. Both are available on your order page right after payment, and the same link is included in your confirmation email. The download link works for about 90 days after your order, after which the files are deleted.

Because a digital download is delivered to you immediately, checkout for a digital order requires a checkbox confirming you want immediate delivery and understand that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started. We record the time you checked it. As with physical prints, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind on a digital download. If a downloaded file is corrupted or clearly wrong compared to the approved preview, contact us and we will resend or refund that order.

Refunds

Because each poster is made to order from your photo, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, whether you bought a digital download, a physical print, or both. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or clearly wrong compared to the approved preview, or if a digital file is corrupted or clearly wrong compared to the approved preview, contact us and we will reprint, resend, or refund that order.

Limitation of liability

Meme2Print is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If you are a consumer based in the EU, you also keep the consumer protection rights your country of residence gives you.

Under EU law, personalized or made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(c)). Because every poster is produced specifically from your photo and title, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Digital content that is delivered to you immediately is exempt from the same 14-day right of withdrawal, but only where you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal (Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(m)). We collect that agreement through a required checkbox at checkout for digital orders, as described above under Digital downloads. Neither exemption affects your statutory rights if an item arrives defective or clearly wrong, as described above under Refunds.
